If you are adopting an IEP into Campus, click on Adopting an IEP into Campus to use as a directional guideline. Remember that buidling secretaries must first enter the student into Campus before special education staff can begin working on due process paperwork. - Data Input Form- Completed for new students who enrolled in the district who have an active IEP or when there is a change of service for a student with an existing IEP. The data input for should be emailed or sent to Mary Acosta in the special services department at the DEC.
