Northeast Metro 916- Students who have severe disabilities require special resources to learn and develop to their fullest ability. Because students with severe disabilities comprise less than one-half of one percent of the general population, most school districts cannot afford the special programs, equipment and expertise that these students need. Northeast Metro 916 fills this need by working with member districts to bring children with severe disabilities together into cost-effective and efficient programs. Click here for the 916 Referral form.
