Chapter 4: IEP Planning- Total Special Education Systems Manual

The purpose of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) is to provide a written record of the decisions made at an IEP team meeting where parent(s) and school personnel jointly make decisions about an educational program for a student with a disability.
