Here users can access information on the maintenance and storage of documents related to the education of students with disabilities. School District 622 permits personally identifiable information to be collected, maintained, or used as per district school Policy 515.

- Notice of Additional Records- This notice is placed in the studen'ts cumulative file since additional records for the student are maintained in another location in the district. (This document can be located in Campus) August 1, 2008
