Special Education Transportation
If a student with special needs requires special transportation, the student's special education IEP team meets to determine special transportation needs, and then documents the need in the student's IEP.
Case managers are responsible for setting up special transportation. There are two documents that need to be completed when placing a transportation order: the bus order form and the bus card. These documents should be sent to the following staff to process special transporation requests.
